Rich and slightly bitter 55% couverture dark chocolate & chopped pecans folded through buttery sweet dough for a moorish mouthful. Filled with a gooey salted caramel centre. Golden brown crispy crust with a gooey, soft toffee centre loaded with chunks of chocolate, and crunchy pecans these cookie are mouth watering.
