A family business since 1999. Starting from humble beginnings we are now New Zealand's most innovative and creative chocolate company. Founder and Director, Dianne Sussex's values have always stayed the same from the beginning, use supreme quality ingredients to create unique chocolate experiences for people to enjoy. Our small team of chocolatiers spend most days making the chocolates by hand, from start to finish. Everything is made in our chocolate kitchen based on the North Shore of Auckland City. We love to push the boundaries of what chocolate should be. This has lead us to have a large international following for our amazing hand decorated bonbons, easter eggs and christmas baubles.

All our chocolate is carefully hand packaged in our beautiful bespoke House of Chocolate packaging. Most of our chocolate is inspired by New Zealand's amazing local and ethical ingredients. From using specialty coffee, by our old mates at Flight Coffee, to using Heilala's award winning vanilla bean. We use local fresh and natural ingredients whereever possible. We recently received five medals at the NZ Chocolate Awards 2018 for our amazing chocolates, placing us in the top 2 chocolate companies for 2018. Our Caramelised Hazelnut Bonbon (using Marlborough Hazelnuts) and Organic Banana and Hokey Pokey bar (using All Good organic bananas) won Gold. We pride ourselves on sourcing the best and most innovative chocolates from around the world including brands like Valrhona and Cacao Barry to name a few.
