The cake that started it all! Our epic dark chocolate ganache cake is our signature chocolate cake. We've perfected this recipe over the years and we think it's something pretty special. Now available in one impressive slab size, perfect for your next big special event. Topped with rose petals, freeze dried strawberries & raspberries and hand piped with decorative piping. 

35cm x 25cm. 35 generous dessert pieces or cut it up into mini morsels for snack size. This delicious cake will generously serve 35 people or 80+ depending how you serve it up. 

A decadent chocolate cake made with real 55% couverture Callebaut chocolate and then layered with chocolate ganache and then topped with handcrafted chocolate shards. Only the finest chocolate goes into making this beauty!
