Our spin on a classic Black Forest Cake, with a decadent and slight sour pairing! This cake is vegan, so perfect for the group occasions when people have dietary requirements! 

Inspired by our Spiced Cherry Bonbon this moist and flourless dark chocolate double layer cake is made with our 55% Callebaut Dark Chocolate. This fluffy and rich chocolate cake is filled with morello cherries and dark chocolate chunks. Generously covered in our vegan dark chocolate butter cream, topped with chocolate shards and Freeze dried cherries. 

Dairy Free, Egg Free, Vegan & Gluten Free.

Cakes are available for collection from our Beach Haven Kitchen or for delivery in Auckland only (Albany - New Lynn - Papakura) and allow one working day from ordering to delivery for our standard cakes.
